IFBB Bikini Pro Jaime Baird will be conducting a free posing seminar for all NPC Bikini contestants. Jaime placed in the Top 5 at both the IFBB Olympia and IFBB Arnold Classic and won the 2011 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Bikini Championships.  Known for her flawless presentation skills and remarkable stage presence, Jaime will teach you just what you need to know to make your physique shine on stage.

IFBB Figure Pro Gennifer Strobo will be conducting a free posing seminar for all NPC Figure contestants. Gennifer is an IFBB Olympia Athllete and won the 2011 IFBB Tornoto Pro Figure Championships.  With smooth transitions and a effortless stage presentation, Gennifer will teach you just what you need to know to make your physique shine on stage.

Stage Time and YOUR Introduction

Each competitor will feel like a queen during their introduction. Since this is a figure/fitness/bikini only show, we will have more time to devote to YOU, the competitior.
